Family & Individual Medical Insurance
November 1, 2017 – December 15, 2018 is the open enrollment period for individual/family medical insurance. This is the time to enroll or change your health insurance plan. Experience counts and we have it. My twenty-five-plus years of experience, knowledge, and training can help simplify this process. This year I am working with a colleague, Thea Feltzs. She is an experienced agent and a very nice person. Thea specializes in individual and family medical insurance and Medicare plans.

There are three main avenues for individual/family medical insurance coverage:
- First is Medicaid / Apple Health for those who need and qualify for public assistance. Apply first through wahealthplanfinder.org and it will vet you for the state program which will be no or very low cost.
- For individuals and families with a moderate income our state exchange can help you with a subsidy.
- Most of my clients do not qualify for a subsidy. Their first concern is access to their personal physicians and choice in hospitals.
